Every item you see here is made just for you, one order at a time. That’s the magic of print-on-demand. It’s also the rulebook.

Because your item is custom-produced the moment you click “buy,” size-related returns or exchanges are not possible. If the size selected is incorrect, we can’t swap it, refund it, or resize it later. There’s no warehouse shelf to pull another one from. Once it’s printed, it’s yours.

This policy keeps prices reasonable, waste low, and production efficient. But it also means the responsibility for sizing sits squarely with the buyer.

What You Should Do Before Ordering

Take a short pause before checkout and do the following:

• Check the sizing chart carefully for that specific product.
• Measure yourself, not a guess, not a memory, not a “usually I wear a large.”
• Remember that fits vary by brand, style, and fabric. A hoodie and a tee do not play by the same rules.
• If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, size up.

When Refunds or Reprints Do Apply

We absolutely stand behind quality. Refunds or free reprints are available for:

If something arrives wrong due to production, submit a claim within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.

Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure horizontal.
